workouts
​Complete the same workouts and follow the journey together. 3 home based workouts per week.
App access to workouts, with video demonstrations, individual area for progress tracking and group communication.

nutrition
Through a series of webinars learn about the principles of nutrition and how they relate specifically to you and your goals.
Over the 12 week program you will learn about different methods of tracking, calories, macronutrients and common issues with nutrition.​
education
Access to 6 prerecorded webinars covering topics encompassing women's health and fitness to develop your knowledge on areas such as nutrition, training, mindset and female health.
