Join a group of likeminded women on a 12 week program designed to provide structure, accountability and teach you the fundamentals of women's health and fitness regardless of your fitness, goal or current knowledge. Have the accountability, support and motivation of a other women on the same journey to help kickstart your health & fitness journey.
how it works
The great thing about group coaching is that you can connect with other women on the same journey.
With group coaching gain access to in-app messaging and a group chat where you can ask questions, support others and share your journey.
Complete the same workouts and follow the journey together. 3 home based workouts per week.
App access to workouts, with video demonstrations, individual area for progress tracking and group communication.
Through a series of webinars learn about the principles of nutrition and how they relate specifically to you and your goals.
Over the 12 week program you will learn about different methods of tracking, calories, macronutrients and common issues with nutrition.
Access to 6 live webinars (which will be recorded for future reference) where we will discuss topics encompassing womens health and fitness to develop your knowledge on areas such as nutrition, training, mindset and female health.
