Working together we can create the perfect personal training program, and work closely to ensure it gets you the results you need, whilst fitting in with your lifestyle.

How it works
Simply fill out the short application form with some basic details and receive an email inviting you to book your consultation call.
We will jump on a 30 minute call to discuss your health and training history, goals and preferences and I can explain how coaching works in more detail. This call is a chance to get to know each other and discuss if online coaching is the right option for you!
When you sign up for coaching you can now set up a private profile within my training app, enter progress stats and have the option to connect your smart watch and set goals in your calendar.
Get stuck into using the training app for workouts, communication and tracking nutrition (if required). Leave feedback on workouts, ask questions with in app messaging and record your progress stats.
We will have bi-weekly video check ins to assess your progress, keep you motivated and work on goal setting and education. Work directly with me including regular messaging and calls to discuss your progress and keep you motivated.

A 60 minute video consultation to discuss anything related to your health and fitness such as, understanding principles of health and fitness, goal setting or working on motivation techniques.
Help to calculate a daily calorie target and optional macro targets if required.
A copy of the Bodyweight Beginner ebook to keep, packed with lots of information about exercise and nutrition as well as a 12 week workout program to follow.
