1-1  COACHING

  • Personalised training program to fit your lifestyle, equipment and ability. 

  • Bi-weekly video check ins to assess your progress, keep you motivated and work on goal setting.

  • Time dedicated to nutritional education and, if required, daily calorie goals and macro targets. 

  • Access to workouts and progress tracking via app.

  • Work directly with me including regular messaging and calls to discuss your progress and keep you motivated.

  • 30 minute initial consultation to discuss training history, past or present injuries, mindset around health and fitness and get to know each other.

  • Welcome ebook packed with information, including principles of nutrition and exercise and mindset tips.

GROUP  COACHING

  • Sometimes a little support goes a long way, with group coaching join a small group of likeminded women to support each other with exercise and nutrition.

  • Complete the same workouts and follow the journey together.

  • 3 home based workouts per week.

  • Personalised daily calorie goal (if required).

  • In app messaging and group chat to ask questions, share progress and wins and support each other.

  • App access to workouts, with video demonstrations, individual area for progress tracking and group communication.

  • Welcome ebook with information about nutrition and mindset topics.

CONSULTATIONS

  • A 60 minute video consultation to discuss anything related to your health and fitness such as, understanding principles of health and fitness, goal setting or working on motivation techniques.

  • Help to calculate a daily calorie target and optional macro targets if required.

  • A copy of the Bodyweight Beginner ebook to keep, packed with lots of information about exercise and nutrition as well as a 12 week workout program to follow.
