Sometimes you just need someone to guide you through your health and fitness journey. Someone to keep you accountable and motivate you to keep going when the road gets rocky. As someone who has been in your position I will be someone you can lean on who will help you overcome any obstacles, help set realistic goals and time frames and keep you on track.  

WEIGHTLOSS ADVICE

As someone who has been through the trials and tribulations of substantial weight loss, I can answer any questions you have or be someone who you can speak to knowing they too have been in a similar position.

ACCOUNTABILITY

I can help keep you accountable and on track with your health and fitness journey. With regular check ins and prompts, working together consistently we can reach your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

EDUCATION

I can help educate you around the principles of nutrition and exercise so you can draw upon the knowledge to continue a healthy and maintainable lifestyle whatever your goals in the future.

For the times that you feel you have lost your way or the motivation just isn't there, I will help you realise how far you have come and what more you will achieve to keep you pushing forward towards your goals.

60 minute consultation

An individual 60 minute video consultation via Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom or FaceTime. A time for us to discuss anything related to your health and fitness journey including understanding principles of health and fitness, goal setting and working on motivation. 

fortnightly consultations

Fortnightly consultation and ongoing support works well if you require more consistent support and motivation as well as accountability. After an initial 60 minute consultation we will follow up every fortnight thereafter with a 45 minute video to discuss any questions you have, how you are progressing towards your goals and to continue working on mechanisms to reach your goal.

If you are really determined to reach a health and fitness goal but require a much more structured approach in terms of accountability and tracking this option is ideal. After the initial 60 minute consultation, we will have scheduled 45 minute video calls each week in additional to daily message to keep you on track.

I understand how overwhelming the world or health and fitness is and as someone who has experienced so many of the challenges that come along with the process of weight loss and nutrition and fitness education I can relate to how isolating and confusing it can feel. As someone who has been in the same position I can relate to experiences you are going through and offer you advice based on experience.

I KNOW THAT ANYONE IS CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING WHAT YOU WANT HOWEVER BEING ON A HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY CAN FEEL EXTREMELY ISOLATING AND LONELY. I WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST CHEERLEADER, YOUR SOUNDING BOARD, YOUR SUPPORT, BUT ALSO SOMEONE TO BE BE ACCOUNTABLE TO AND WHO WILL GIVE YOU THAT LITTLE PUSH YOU NEED WHEN REQUIRED. I WANT USE TO WORK TOGETHER SO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES IN YOU IS THERE TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE YOU

PERSONAL HISTORY

UNDERSTANDING WHERE YOU HAVE COME FROM IS THE KEY TO IDENTIFYING HOW TO MOVE FORWARD INTO THE FUTURE. WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR PAST HEALTH AND FITNESS AND WHAT STRUGGLES YOU CURRENTLY HAVE SO WE CAN DEVELOP A PLAN OR THE FUTURE.

EDUCATION

UNDERSTANDING THE PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH AND FITNESS IS KEY TO DEVELOPING A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH NUTRITION AND EXERCISE. WE WILL DISCUSS KEY CONCEPTS IN THIS AREA AND FILL IN ANY KNOWLEDGE GAPS YOU HAVE AS WELL AS ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS IN THIS AREA.

GOAL SETTING 

WE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO SET ACHIEVABLE AND REALISTIC GOALS THAT WILL HELP YOU LEAD A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE.

PLAN

WE WILL DESIGN A REALISTIC STEP BY STEP PLAN SO YOU CAN IMPLEMENT AND EXECUTE WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO START ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS.

PROGRESS TRACKING

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO AN APP IN WHICH WE CAN BOTH TRACK YOUR PROGRESS THROUGHOUT YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY. KNOWING THAT SOMEONE IS ABLE TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS IS A GREAT MOTIVATOR TO STAY ON TRACK.

ACCOUNTABILITY

WITH THE FORTNIGHTLY AND WEEKLY CONSULTATION OPTIONS THERE IS ONGOING SUPPORT AND CHECK INS MEANING YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO STAY ACCOUNTABLE TO. 

MOTIVATION

I WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES THAT WILL HELP INCREASE YOUR MOTIVATION. WHETHER THIS IS REDUCING DISTRACTIONS, FURTHER EDUCATION OR WORKING ON YOUR MINDSET WE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO UNDERSTAND HOW BEST TO MAINTAIN MOTIVATION AND KEEP YOU DETERMINED AND ON TRACK IN THE FUTURE.

RESOURCES AND REFERENCES

DEPENDING ON WHAT AREAS YOU FIND CONFUSING ABOUT HEALTH AND FITNESS AS WELL AS YOUR GOALS AND STRUGGLES I WILL PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR YOU TO USE AND CAN OFFER RECOMMENDATIONS TO OTHER SERVICES OR RESOURCES THAT CAN HELP.

MESSAGE SUPPORT

IF YOU OPT FOR WEEKLY CONSULTATIONS IN ADDITION TO OUR WEEKLY VIDEO CONSULTATION YOU WILL RECEIVE MESSAGES DAILY TO CHECK IN ON YOUR PROGESS AND REMIND YOU OF ANYTHING YOU NEED TO DO OR JUST REMIND YOU THAT SOMEONE IS BACKING YOU!
