As someone who has been in your position I will be someone you can lean on who will help you overcome any obstacles, help set realistic goals and time frames and keep you on track.
As someone who has been through the trials and tribulations of substantial weight loss, I can answer any questions you have or be someone who you can speak to knowing they too have been in a similar position.

motivation & SUPPORT
For the times that you feel you have lost your way or the motivation just isn't there, I will help you realise how far you have come and what more you will achieve to keep you pushing forward towards your goals.
Fortnightly consultation and ongoing support works well if you require more consistent support and motivation as well as accountability. After an initial 60 minute consultation we will follow up every fortnight thereafter with a 45 minute video to discuss any questions you have, how you are progressing towards your goals and to continue working on mechanisms to reach your goal.
weekly consultations & daily support
If you are really determined to reach a health and fitness goal but require a much more structured approach in terms of accountability and tracking this option is ideal. After the initial 60 minute consultation, we will have scheduled 45 minute video calls each week in additional to daily message to keep you on track.
I understand how overwhelming the world or health and fitness is and as someone who has experienced so many of the challenges that come along with the process of weight loss and nutrition and fitness education I can relate to how isolating and confusing it can feel. As someone who has been in the same position I can relate to experiences you are going through and offer you advice based on experience.

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO AN APP IN WHICH WE CAN BOTH TRACK YOUR PROGRESS THROUGHOUT YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY. KNOWING THAT SOMEONE IS ABLE TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS IS A GREAT MOTIVATOR TO STAY ON TRACK.
