Currently I am based in the UK, however previously I lived in Australia for 11 years (which explains the confusing accent).

I am a fully qualified personal trainer and have a L3 Personal Training Qualification and L4 Certificate in Nutrition.Additionally I am a qualified UK mountain leader registered with the Mountain Training Association.I am fully insured to practice as both a personal trainer and mountain leader.
